Maestro Technologies, Inc. in Trenton, NJ seeks Executive Director. Lead development of technical architecture, data services and data engineering aspects per product roadmap and defined features. Lead development and evolve microservices framework for data ingestion, data processing and provisioning. Shape quantitative and qualitative research through innovative methods and approaches. Determine the choice, application, and interpretation of quantitative research methods, and with the use of statistical software needed to implement these methods. Act as technical domain expert in device data management, data persistence across various public clouds, data quality, real-time data integration, ETL/ELT patterns and serverless architecture. Proactively find opportunities and technologies regarding the access, processing, visual display, and analysis of data. Own design and implementation responsibilities to ensure technical solutions forward the integration architecture for advanced scalability, technical standards and objectives. Support and contribute to creation of relevant documentation, knowledge exchange sessions with various stakeholders to articulate the solution design and implementation roadmaps. Ensure data accuracy and completeness while producing high quality data management software with scalable data services to address business needs.
Travel: 5% domestic travel required for client meetings. Telecommuting is permitted within commutable distance to the office.
Job Requirements: Must possess a Master’s Degree in Information Technology and Management, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Must also possess experience with (i) SDLC methodology including coding, testing, analyzing, and building functional data models and managing project timelines; (ii) providing technical leadership, direction and training to all managers and senior managers in the organization; (iii) leadership oversight to ensure projects are managed on time and within budget, scope and schedule; and (iv) run modeling including analysis of data, identifying key predictors of various outcomes such as profitability, risk or fraud. Salary: $200,000; Benefits: PTO (vacation/sick), paid holidays, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k) eligibility.
